Yes, unfortunately that is right. It has been like that for over two years. I tried messaging them about it multiple times, but never got a reply. If you can somehow get in contact with Yobit support about it, feel free to do it! I think one problem is that the listing contact / administrative contact email address that Yobit has was among the accounts that were sold by the previous developer, so we don't have any control about what is happening on Yobit any more.

Generally I strongly recommend against using Yobit anyway because it is one of the shadiest crypto exchanges that exist, so I'm not particularly sad that they have disabled the Titcoin market, except for the fact that we have no alternative exchange at the moment.  I think that if we manage to get listed on a different, more reputable exchange, that would be a much better option.
