First I recommend you for the love and passion you have towards bitcointalk community entirely and also the love you have for the Jr members who are desperate to grow in the forum.
Giving Jr members merits through their contribution in the forum which result as direct encouragement is a welcomed development to beginners.
At least some people who are Jr member here who does not received your merit,that is to show that the persons are not making a quality post. And it will motivate them to research on their own without seeking for help from anyone.
