And the USDT showed up today, finally have it back where I sent it from minus fees.

Perhaps if they remove their strange policy about cancelling orders, this kind of bug wouldn't arise and the exchange could debatably be usable.


I'm calling it SOLVED. but i'm skeptical about their sincere operation of an exchange.
