Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I have a device (Win 7) that runs fine. I get on another laptop (win 7), login, download the software. Once it opens I have a completely blank black page. I have tried everything. Uninstalling, re-installing, running as administrator, I have turned off my firewall. What gives? I'm lost. I will be connecting a destop (win 7) within the next few days.
