Yes, from the quality point of view, Bayern will be the UCL champion. However, the quality and mentality of the Bayern players will improve after winning the match against Barcelona. On paper, Bayern is the first  for the UCL champion candidate to be followed by PSG. I agree with the previous comment that said PSG vs Bayern is the match that will be the favorite match in the UCL final
