When OP says about the partnership, I thought he wants someone to join forces with him in his betting journey since "he's good". The higher the capital, the higher the supposed return in the long-run. A sort of a pool then they will split the rewards at a given period or if a target has been reached. Risky too as their progress might wrecked or OP can simply take away people's money.
