Now, some altcoins can increase their prices more than Bitcoin. Some people stated that it may be the bullish time for altcoins. If the demand of the coin is more the the supply will be less and in this way the price will increase or vice versa.
So if any altcoin gains popularity like Bitcoin in the near future then definitely it's price will rise.
