It's true that crypto projects, just like any other companies in the world, need time to grow, expand, develop, make partnerships, do marketing and so on.
Sadly most investors connect the crypto market with quick flips, just look at all those IEO's. People buy those coins and even use bots to sell them as quickly as possible once they can be traded.
I personally only buy cryptos that i want to keep for a least a year, which has to do with tax regulations in my country too.
Well, it depends on each person's goal. You can't judge those people who want to buy and sell quickly because that's their way to earn money. As long as they can earn profits out of this market, doesn't matter how they do it, they are a winner! Therefore, don't judge anyone by using your own perspective. Not only people who hold coins for the long term earn big, those who trade in the short-term can be rich also!
