Good posts should be highlighted, even if the user was banned (even though there's a
list of shame for Meriting banned users).
You can easily get on that list even if you never merit a banned user... they could get banned
after you merit them. Not to mention that we don't really have an "official" way of finding out who's banned so it's kinda pointless to expect that merit sources would consider it.
