If you admit you breached their ToS why are you posting here? What are you trying to achieve?
You clearly stated you breached Sportsbet ToS because you were unaware of their rules. Well, now you are aware of their rules and you are aware of the reasons why they suspended your account. It is time for you to find another casino or sports betting website but when signing up whether you read their Terms and Conditions or not just make sure you do not have more than one account logging in from the same device or using the same IP address etc
In my opinion Sportsbet is not a scam. The company that owns Sportsbet have a multi-million USD$ turnover. I have seen nothing in any allegation made against them in this forum that categorically proves they are scammers.
I am having a similar issue but in my case they are just not giving me any information. Plus my case involves a greater amount of money $18,000. They have disabled my account and said that I was multi - accounting. I admitted to them I did have a previous account and I was not aware of their multi accounting rule. the only reason I made new accounts was because after I had made profits it stopped letting me place large bets; it was as if the user was restricted.
Anyway, for almost 20 days I have had this issue and they have not returned any of my money back at all. I have been as patient as possible and I can see exactly why you say this company is scam.
