When evaluating posts, if I see that a user has been banned for a long time, I will not send him merit, because that makes no sense. He will no longer need him. Yes, and in the discussions when this issue was raised, all the same, most  were inclined to the fact that it makes no sense for banned users to send merits.
Got a good point cause merits will stop in circulation. But there are merit sources that have replenishment of their smerits so it does not matter whether a certain user send a merit to a particular post. I did not check some of the profile Im given merits cause what I do check is his/her content. If the user was already banned he will not be able to use his smerit but the knowledge imparted to other user by his post matter.

Like for example, this user is rarely post here but Ive reported his post on LoyceV for this one Make your own stakebox. Ultimate beginners guide how to compile any wallet on AA cause of the effort and quality. Regardless what is his ststus as long as he give some helpful contributions I believe wr should spend it. There is a saying "spend wisely" well wr invested by knowledge as we able to see post that are meritable.
