This is all well said, I merit most importantly the good contributing and helpful posts not minding to keep the username in my medulla, sending merit to user is something racial and its depicts the forum rules.
Also, how could you a users us being inactive or permaban for a very long time cause my smerit is open for everyone, so would be time consuming for thorough investigation on such dead user. I don't just believe and never seen user that hoard merit anyhow in this forum, all of the merit given by merit source are for quality and distributed posts, keeping smerit is of no benefit at all.
