If he's clicking the buttons and the solver is running on a second machine it seems very unlikely they'd be able to prove it and even if they could I don't think there's any real solution. Banning him would effectively just reduce his rakeback (which is almost nothing in OFC) and make it more difficult for other players to avoid playing him on a new account.
Higherhighs is definitely a weird hire, given that he is all but confirmed cheating at their OFCp tables. I wonder if the SWC team thinks he helped or hindered the site.

I wonder if SWC could answer these three questions to alleviate some concerns about security of funds and integrity of the site:
1) Has ownership of SWC recently changed?
2) Do you not consider it a conflict of interest that higherhighs is playing against players he is actively involved in muting/banning?
3) Do you consider the PR you have gotten recently better than before and do you anticipate it changing in the future?

I assume the answers are probably something like:
1- You'll never know who owns the site unless they don't mind going to prison.
2- No. He just reports players to management, kind of like you are right now.
3- They've had better and worse PR before now and do not anticipate it staying the way it is right now forever.
