Is it possible to have a multi currency paper wallet? I want a paperwallet that can be used for bitcoin, ethereum and ripple.

I mean you can generate a wallet there, export the seed phrase and/or private key and delete the wallet in an app.
But is it the only available method? As far as I know one can make only a one currency paper wallet
