Are you speaking about past bubbalex bounties or bounties in general? In only few cases altcoins price goes down because of bounty hunters. With the altcoins amount they have, dumping is simply impossible. If you have opposite opinion - show me at least 3 examples.

If altcoins price goes down when bounty hunters sells their "less than 0.1% of total supply", that means that the whole project is a crap and they dont support their own altcoin and dont care about it.
