I am having a similar issue where I am not receiving good updates or reply from SPORTSBET. My balance on there is around 18,000 usd and they have not given me any proper idea of what the hell is going on. For 21 days I have been waiting on an update from them.

The last reply I got from them was after around 7 emails and it was simply to "wait for an investigation"

I have posted my full story here on what is happening. Steve could you please shed light on what is going and why my funds have been held for 20+ days, even though I have completed KYC and informed you of the other accounts I had when asked.

To make it worse, I have also been informed that Sportsbet.io don't accept German customers anymore so I can't even access live chat any more to get updates.

As you have already listed the fact there is an investigation ongoing, can you please remove the title "sportsbet have stolen xxx from me" from that thread you started, cause we haven't.. I think even you can acknowledge that?

Hello Steve, I actually disagree with you. There is no way an investigation should take over 25 days. This is not a FBI investigation! It should have been resolved within a matter of days. You guys are not responding to any of my emails or any requests for you to update me on what is going on. So of course I see this as you guys trying to steal from me. I have sent over 9 emails and none of them get responded to... I try and speak to live chat multiple times and they just tell me to wait for an email!!!!

With a balance of 1.5 btc (around 18k usd) of course I will be angry. If the issue is multi accounting (which it looks like it is) just return my money instead of longing out the process and saying an investigation is going on for 25 days! almost coming up to a month! common Steve, you can't say I have not been patient to say the least.
