I'm trying to withdraw some balance from my account but unable to do so and getting this message "You have a weekly withdrawal limit of 0.00000 mBTC".

My last withdrawal was on August 10th and by now my weekly withdrawal limit should have been renewed but didn't get renewed.
I tried reaching you through Email, Telegram and chat but no answer. What happened? When will it be renewed?
