Adem, you say that you are a company based/approved in Germany. Now it is the case that in Germany, as in many other countries, a register exists (https://www.handelsregister.de) so anybody can take a look. All limited companies must be registered there. The "BYT Finanzgesselschaft mbH" is NOT.
