As far as I know, that's just the amount of coins they get after 1 year of PoS implementation. in terms of price, the majority of small altcoins have plummeted after 1 year. therefore, very few people want to invest in PoS with non-reputable altcoins. This is also a way to invest but it should only be the top coin with a market cap of over 1 billion. We will reduce the risk but the return is a bit lower.
