I agree to some extent related to high loading fees of world cards ,still appreciate your heads up related to similar fee structure of expected upcoming world cards.


For refund part,it's fine if you don't consider.

That said will suggest you to do take a look at your competitor card program eg. BTSE card,they do have high load fees at par with around 2.5% but having 0 fx charges (just subscribing for monthly plan to get the card and then discontinuing their elite Membership renewal).Also since it is also an exchange so no separate fees related to crypto deposits etc...


Though I was expecting fee structure at par with EU/Russia cards etc..Also I do understand it's not upto you depends on card providers as well..

Thing is, 2.5% is not a high load fee actually if you look at all the available offers. The way this market is today, nobody can launch and maintain a viable card product with a fee lower than 2-3% internationally and 1% at best for the EU. That is, if they can send cards outside EU at all, which is very rare.

It is all heavily influenced by bank conditions, cross border transaction fees and other factors. When and if we can, we push the fees down.
