Thanks mate for your valuable input.. I tried more than 100 times and I dont get any wallet ID reminder email.. Its been 2 weeks 
You may suspect my email is wrong.. NO!! I tried signing up on blockchain with the same email ID, I get access to a new wallet but no email from notify@wallet-tx.blockchain.com with signup mail or wallet ID.. Did they blacklisted my email?

Looks like the problem is on their end. Then just keep doing these two things:
1. Trigger the wallet ID reminder (https://login.blockchain.com/#/reminder) - I remember users with authorization email problem saying the problem solved on its own after trying for the Xth time, could work on this too.
2. Follow up your problem and ticket number in their SNS (Twitter - https://twitter.com/AskBlockchain | FB - https://web.facebook.com/blockchain)
You need a lot of patience on this op. Better ditch blockchain.com once you get access on your funds if not, back up the 12 word seed at least.
