I am having a similar issue where I am not receiving good updates or reply from SPORTSBET. My balance on there is around 18,000 usd and they have not given me any proper idea of what the hell is going on. For 21 days I have been waiting on an update from them.

The last reply I got from them was after around 7 emails and it was simply to "wait for an investigation"

I have posted my full story here on what is happening. Steve could you please shed light on what is going and why my funds have been held for 20+ days, even though I have completed KYC and informed you of the other accounts I had when asked.

To make it worse, I have also been informed that Sportsbet.io don't accept German customers anymore so I can't even access live chat any more to get updates.

To be honest my initial deposit was around 1.1 Btc so only 0.4 btc or so is profit. But this is ridiculous.... 25 days with no answer. I have emailed them at least weekly and they just ignore all my emails without telling me anything. I have completed all the KYC stuff that they asked from me and all they said is "please wait for the investigation to be completed"

Absolutely ridiculous and unfair. I understand in my case I have admited multi accounting but I was not aware of this rule and at least my initial deposits should be returned.

Maybe Steve can explain to us why he is always ignoring accusations here, if you ask me that is very poor and pathetic behavior.
People lose 18k because Sportsbet.io refuses to payout, and the way they react is to talk trash with off topic posts every time.
How many victims do we see here on the forum? Every day, we see victims who are scammed by sportsbet.io

So far Steve has just message me saying he is waiting for the appropriate department to get back to him before the weekend. Lets see if anything comes out of this. So far my 1.5btc (18k usd) has been blocked and held with Sportsbet.io for 25 days!!!! there is absolutely no excuse possible in the world for this... someone tell me in what way this is not some sort of scam. You have not even told me what is going on with my funds or the reason why my account has been blocked.
