 Im buying btc in my local currency here. There is a scarcity of USD here...

I need to sell the bitcoin for USD/SWIFT wire to pay our business suppliers in china/india.

Im already verified on lbc but the selling rate is currently $11,500 against a BTC price of $11,900.. Not a good rate..

Can anyone do better?
