@Betwrong. Agreed, ethically the government should not label any address as bad without proof, however, we cannot trust them to act ethically all of the time. They can assume or imply that your coins are dirty and declare it in public and tell exchanges to deny you.

In a transparent blockchain, we can be considered guilty until we can prove our innocence by ourselves.
