I saw someone say that SwC shows me emails, that is not true, I discuss with them why players were muted when the player emails in, and the screnshot I saw, was from a discord where players who are on board with the changes, send me screenshots of abusive/racist behavoir.

Actually, it was YOU who said that SWC shows you emails. Do you remember that time when 25 players signed an email sent to support@swcpoker.eu expressing concerns with the rule changes? You then confronted one of the signers in the trollbox and told him:

I have included the text of the original letter below to show that calling the signers "terrorists" is both pejorative and a gross exaggeration.

I have redacted the names of the signers lest they be subjected to additional punishment for respectfully submitting their opinions to support. Somehow, you managed to get a copy of that email as well, even though to my knowledge, it was never mailed to you and only sent directly to support@swcpoker.eu.

What about this email struck you as a terroristic threat? Why would support break the trust of these players and show you an email not addressed to you? Why did you think it was appropriate to use that information to openly mock the signers in the trollbox and make a hit list of "terrorists" that need to be banned from the site?

I personally don't trust emailing support any longer because I have no idea who they are sharing my emails with at this point. I would have never expected they would share confidential emails with another player for use as ammunition.

Dear SWC,

Somewhere along the way, through years of playing and chatting together, and several different software iterations, the players at your site have become a community. As such, we'd like to address the way in which the recent changes have been made, which have been met with almost universal disapproval (and not merely from players who have been chat banned). We understand the desire to make SWC a more desirable place to play and would gladly welcome an influx of new players. However, we also want to retain what made SWC unique amongst all other poker sites and what made it feel like home to many: the ability to speak your mind, to respectfully (or not so respectfully) disagree with someone, or just chat about nothing at all really-because that's what you do with your friends. We're not upset that a small handful of words are banned; we're not upset that referral links aren't allowed, we're not upset that you are enforcing these rules. What's frustrating to us is the manner in which the rules are being enforced and the feeling that SWC is turning their back on some of their most loyal supporters. With that in mind, here are some suggestions from the community that would help improve the situation:

- A clear list we can refer to about what exactly is banned
-Electing a group of mods chosen by the community (with SWC input) who can enforce these rules with common sense and without bias
-Either remove or significantly reduce any Krill requirements to chat
-Give warnings instead of banning for first time offenders
-Shorten the ban time and remove infractions for those banned recently for minor transgressions

It's a testament to the site that a player like beans could be chat banned and still help make sure players have chips to play here, or that a someone like Malkavian would still stream and promote SWC despite being too new to actually chat under the current requirements. Please don't squander this goodwill.
