In my opinion, the ICO projects with small marketcap related to Defi are all potential projects now. I'm a trend speculator and Defi is really hot right now.
Up to now, there have been many projects with outstanding marketcap, such as HAKKA (x200), SRM (x20), AMPL x313, which are all Defi projects. I think we should fomo this Defi trend more during this time so that the speculators can make more money.
