here which as anyone can see you said you are trying to sell hacked wares.
I don't think op is selling accounts to people because I haven't found any post that op did sell accounts but there is something suspicious about op and the seller of accounts. You can check it in the post history that op did provide feedback about the accounts and it's either another account or partner.
Guess they are simply referring to the account sale posts on op post history or they probably suspect what you suspect? Well, It depends on whether the transaction is genuine & allowed/right or not.
Just think any interested buyer of Op license should be careful and make sure his/her claims are true and the license is safe.
