Yes, if the link exists on the web. The post you have presented its obvious plagiarism since OP hadn't mentioned the source. And seems the source is available on the web. So it would simply prove plagiarism case. Plagiarism is plagiarism, either it's a full post or part of the post. Any copy paste from other sources should use as a quote, for the image should use the source link.
