Bigger targets are mentioned when the pump group needs dump money. You should not decide to buy coins believing in this target. And if someone buys that which is considered a wrong decision. They will realize later that they made the wrong decision.

The low supply of these coins does not mean that the price of these coins will go up. Less supply will not help if there is not enough demand. So good projects should be seen without running after hype.
