Over the years we all see high ranked members who troll or joke or their reasons for a loan was "foolish" but most of them (if not all) repay on time. Because none of them will ever make the mistake (for me it's a major mistake) to burn their account for pennies. Even if the account is sold, which I dought it since Angell keeps posting on the boards that he uses to post, the buyer will never pay/buy a Hero account just to get 4$ or even 15. I mean that is just ridiculous.

The only thing that I can think of is that Angell knows that getting a loan these days from here, it's difficult and we all participate to check the account that asks for it. So anything that raises a flag, leads to not getting a dollar even if the account is Legendary. He asks for a very low amount because he will get it with no big fuss. Hero asking for 4$ is a "zero"-risk non-collateral loan. No one can imagine an elder member defaulting for this amount. But here we are wondering how the hell can somebody have done this, basically without any (logical) reason. 4$ never save anyone from anything...
