I found it interesting that since the article has been published XRP has been on a red market. And in the last 7 days the 24 volume change was down by -4.5%
Given this, I think it will take more time for XRP to raise in value and it goes to show that even if 3 whales bought in, it is not enough to tip the market over, or at least for now! Though, I do think there's hope.
