Really trying to get any exchange involved, but its really difficult without payment, they all want something even though they make money with the trading fees!!
Which is not entirely unfair, as I see it.
At any rate, most exchanges want not only fees, but also a good vision, mission statement, roadmap, something useful in the coin ecosystem, you name it.
One important factor is to have an exchange that will still be there in a year or two!!
Of those that deal with small-ish coins, Tradeogre comes to mind. Had solid experience with them this far.
