But yes, of course it would avoid further scam victim's on the forum and would advice OP to create a flag against any or all of there profiles here.
I know what we do here might not affect their decision to refund OP but It's the idea so that newbies, guest users and other people do not fall for their scam as they will be able to see the warnings. I was just waiting to see how their support takes up OP's case.

I found some more profiles realted to them here but are inactive.

It's because their main profile got banned So the truth is they have even been ban evading.



Today a guy has same problem as me contacted me
I just did write a scam accusation in reddit  and trustpilot. But seems they don't really care.  
Try informing their support that you are going to report to the domain registrar for fraud and scam. If they don't comply. Then i suggest you cooperate with that other victim and report their domain to Godaddy (their registrar). The more reports from other victims, the easier it will be to take down the scam website.
