Just now noticed this user has enough activity to rank up but there is a lack of a small number of merits. He needs 35 Merits to become Hero Member. I far as I know he is a good poster and quite active reporting scams on the scam accusation board. So I will not mention any specific posts, rather than you may visit post history.

I am out of my source merits, hope someone will help him if he deserves.
