This is true that sleeping early and waking up early is healthier than staying up for long periods and waking up late because this relaxes the nervous system and gives it enough time to rest and sleep
Mine probably depends on how rested I was before staying awake, what I ate, or how late I ate. If i eat healthy and light , I'd stay awake early... On many occasions I'd be feeling very alive and awake throughout the night(usually 6pm to 4am) that sleeping would seem like waste of time.
