any dev can help me ..my coin gone from wallet..my wallet not open for near 1 year ..i try using backup wallet dat and i try recan chain again ..wallet chain same in explorer..cheking transaction ..1 transaction have been created that time and date when i not open my wallet.go to address i don't no. 
if someopne got access to ur wallet.dat + password or ur private key he can import that to any other wallet and do transactions
blockchain give responsibility back to wallet owner
special regarging security to make sure noone who should not have access get access
keep in mind blockchain technology works in a way that not coins stored in ur wallet but instead keys
the coins are stored on the blockchain
but whoever control the keys can move the coins
