I did one good transaction with them a year or so ago. But i would not do business with them now. Honestly the whole country of India is blacklisted to me at this point.
Personally i think you should take more time before select another platform for your need. Feeling really bad after hearing about your loss and i know our condolences will not gonna give you much relief in current situation.
