You may wrong about this but the correct thing should be it sounds like a new defi project that wants to follow the hype that is happening right now.

IMO if the idea looks so difficult to be implemented but this is will become another new exchange site as stated on its site.

I suggest you take a look at the site too and try to learn more about that before trying to determine if that was a scam project or not.
