I think you should provide more details about your ability to offer this kind of services. You have just woke up after a long period of inactivity (last post December 2018) and ask potential customers to contact you via pm without any mention of your past works or a verified portofolio. This doesn't sound convincible as a legit service, right?
Back to your post history, i found that you post the ANN for LIBERTYCOIN, which havn't been updated since 2018. Last post from team was about selling masternodes then nothing after, can you update that thread with more info about the project?
