Do we actually need another Defi project? What is it that this one will offer which the others haven't offered already.
Sooner than later with the rate new Defi projects are being released, Defi projects might loose their hype and that is when everyone will be able to understand that just a few Defi projects were actually legit with a hard-working team, while a greater number of them were only leveraging the hype already created to achieve their aims. Therefore in everything, we ought to be careful, whether Defi or not, making a research first before investing in the project is a very good way to start.

I can't even see the difference with this project. Describing the full concept isn't a proof of legitimity/credibility.
A great project (as described by op and some commenters above) doesn't need that much hype imo. Earning by staking is a classic concept, and combinig it with lending doesn't sound that much effecient.
According to the Safex website, the ICO is running since July 04 and still 5 days till its end but only collecting about 37.000$. Do you really think it deserves investing? I don't think investors would lose such a big opportunity if it does really have promising future.
Just look at their so-called "Professional Experts" and see if you will want to invest with them. Not really discriminating here but if you want to trust your funds, at least team members should really be professional on their own field. Where is their respective profile references? Seems that their profile pics are just grabbed from somewhere. Now, are you confident that you can trust your money with these people? This is just another DeFi project trying to ride the bandwagon.
