NEO doesn't have too much investor interest. In 2020 I don't see any real outstanding news about this project, which is why the price of NEO has not gone up as drastically as other altcoins.
I think neo has been left behind by most new projects. There are old projects that have same purpose with eth that has not improved. Im saying this cause most new defi prefer either eth platform, or polkadot new subtrate. Among other things, neo does not have any progress on launching anything related to defi so its gonna be a tough competition so seeing that must be the reason of it being stuck.
