Do you mean the whole bounty pool or $3000 for individual?  I guess it's going to be the whole pool.  I don't really move with bounties like this.  There were many chatting bounties that were created by scammers and at the end of the day, it amounts to nothing.  Also, just check the number of participants to share the pool before committing your time to this.
