I never understood why scammers aren't banned, but it's a fact I've come to accept in my time as a member here. I always keep in mind that this isn't my forum and I don't run it. That isn't to say you shouldn't try to suggest improvements, and I applaud OP for writing his post....but the sad fact is that I'm fairly certain nothing is going to change.

I dont remember where, but in some English topic I read the version that those who cheated with a loan should not be banned, because then they will be blocked from returning the funds, because the account will be banned ... but, in general, we remember the cases , when scammers after a while, what then was returned to someone? They dissolve in space and no longer appear here.
