the newer GPUs like single 5700XT can do twice the hash at lower watts

Not saying that this a great result, just hopefully a helpful data point for somebody.
I did try to go up to 30mhs, but lost stability (and patience).
I am mining mostly to stay current with this crazy virtual coin thingy and it is fun too :-)
