Its not something new and we used to see (especially new projects) this kind of situation. So if an investor is not careful enough when choosing where to put their hard-earned money the chances of losing it or getting scam is high.
Shit projects are always there it wont disappear. Hence its up to us if we are easily convince to support and invest to them. Thats why its better to choose an old rather than a new project because its unlikely to become a scam.
