No one can say that is this DIP or high price. but for now, investing in NEO will be a good choice. NEO will give you a profit if you can hold it. NEO is one of the best and top-rated cryptocurrency. Also, you will get profit for staking NEO. For that, you have to hold a lot of NEO.
It's not so good as another altcoin at this moment and is not it better to stick into the another altcoin called DOT? Even it has already surpassed NEO in term of market capitalization and that means it's more promising than NEO. NEO is not a bad coin but this is not a hot coin right now.
It's better to choose an altcoin that can give us profit.
