I haven't use any cryptocurrency for shopping everyday and I think mostly people as well. People are just keeping or investing to make a profit, not pay much attention to its applicability in real daily life. But I beleive with good projects such as ETH, XRP, EOS or ADA.. using and applying them in the life will happen in the near future
actually if you trying to join some kind of forum the people are already accepting cryptos like it's the norm. the usage of crypto for shopping is more common than you might think.
more specifically those top alts they are frequently chosen for transferring money. they are already have the usage in real life as replacement for paypal or other centralized services.
