I observe that the NEO coin has been sideways for more than a year in the 0.00156BTC-0.00160BTC range. I want to invest some in this coin. Is this the best price range yet?

It is also showing slight bullish signal when the market is going crazy so its okay to invest but I suggest ethereum over any coins at the moment because at the end of this year ethereum have high chance to reach all time high price or atleast a four digit value due to the hype around defi projects.
