Spy service offered looks like a ponzi doubler schemes to me honestly.. deposit 0.01 ETH to get get back 0,019 ETH
Well, technically it would be would be two users sending 0.01 ETH each and the winner gets 0.019 ETH (and yes, he can't do math but don't tell him that his fee is actually 5%, not 10%).
But honestly I think he'd just run with whatever he can get.
