Many people regret that they did not buy BTC while they first knew about it. For some, they did not sell BTC while they could. 
For me, I got MWC & HEX for free from airdrop to BTC HODLers, but dumped them before they peak. I could easily make 10x of my existing BTC, if I held them strong.

I have 2 biggest regrets in cryptocurrency, that is :
1. i sold the coin I got from bounty when the price increased 5x from the ICO price, but after I sold the price it could increase 10-15x from the ICO or even more than that
2.when cryptocurrency prices fell very far in 2018-2019 (including ETH and BTC prices) I was late to buy BTC and ETH, because I bought them when the price started to increase, so the profit I got was not maximal
